FirstPerson Shooter’s Favorite Genderbent and Crossplay Photos of 2017, Part 2!

We now present the second of two galleries of genderbent and crossplay photos from 2017. Once again, some definitions: For both categories, I am going on character appearance. So, if you are a hairy -chested, bearded person, and wear a straight-up skirt-and-bustier Wonder Woman costume, I am calling that crossplay. That isn’t to say the person wearing the costume identifies as male, just that the appearance is of a male portraying a female.

The featured image above is one fantastic example of a complete crossplay; Brandon the Shapeshifter as a male Zatanna.

For clarity about genderbending: If you take the costume of a male character, and alter it to present traditionally female features such as breast cleavage, it is genderbending the character — whatever the gender identity of the person wearing it is. A fantastic example of this is Chelsea Von Chastity Cosplay as a genderbent Comedian from Watchmen.

I have included in this list of my shots some that were taken at MASSive Comic Con not by me. At the last minute Vander the GeneralistWonderllama Photography and Robbins Studios stepped up to fill in for me during the two days of the con.

Other cosplayers in this second of two galleries include Olivia Kitt CosplayPowers Family CozPlay, Khepera CosplayChantel Marie – Cosplay (back to back from the same con), Cassadilla CosplayKoi Fish Asylumcinnarust_studioThatch Cosplayladycorvid.cosplayLinda Devastationzimmermanjoe21Phantasmagoric Cosplay, and more.

Photo gallery tips: Once the page loads the images, you will see the Forward and Back navigation arrows above the image, in case you want to scroll faster than the preset. And to see the entire gallery as thumbnails, click on the gray four-box square next to the navigation arrows.
