Friday night before MASSive Comic Con in Worcester, Benn of Robbins Studios drove up from the South Shore to Marblehead to pick up all my portable studio gear, and he set it up Saturday morning. He had the first shift of the weekend as the way overqualified replacement for me, and went over and above to help out.

Benn and his wonderful wife Liz are together Robbins Studios Photography and Fine Art, and the long name is necessary. In addition to shooting portraits, weddings and the like, they are also artists — even creating a number of issues of the comic book The Tick!

Cosplayers in this gallery include Samantha Young Cosplay, Crystalline Creations CosplayVeronica MarieMizuki UsagiDollilicious, Cares O-Lot Cosplay, EllyStar CosplayMink the Satyr Cosplay, Closet Geekery, AE Cosplay, and many more.

Photo gallery tips: Once the page loads the images, you will see the Forward and Back navigation arrows above the image, in case you want to scroll faster than the preset. And to see the entire gallery as thumbnails, click on the gray four-box square next to the navigation arrows.

High-res images for sale!
If you are pictured in any of our galleries and want the high resolution download for yourself, we can make it available via a private, password-protected link, for $8 per image. Just send an email to editor AT nerdcaliber.com.

My Top 5 Movies of 2017

2017 was definitely… a year, to sum it up in the most inoffensive way possible. But for all its somber moments, there was no shortage of pop culture to distract us as the world casually deteriorates beneath us. So I offer to ...
