New York Comic Con 2017 Adam Etheridge Gallery, Thursday Part 1

While I was in my usual spot near the Starbucks on Level 1, snagging cosplayers as they walked by, our New Jersey main man Adam Etheridge was wandering around  New York Comic Con to get his photos. Like most photographers this year, Adam had to deal with the fact that the Level 1 tunnel that is a favorite spot for photo shoots was filled up with food trucks and the crowds waiting to buy from them.

In this first of two galleries from Thursday by Adam you will find cosplayers Cosplay Against BullyingKBV Photography & Cosplay, Kristen Lanae, Uncanny Megan, Hendo Art, Reagan Kathrynjamielikestocosplay, DC Cosplayers East, Chibi Girl Cosplay, Tiffany Rae Knight, and many more.

Photo gallery tips: Once the page loads the images, you will see the Forward and Back navigation arrows above the image, in case you want to scroll faster than the preset. And to see the entire gallery as thumbnails, click on the gray four-box square next to the navigation arrows.

High-res images for sale!
If you are pictured in any of our galleries and want the high resolution download for yourself, we can make it available via a private, password-protected link, for $8 per image. Just send an email to editor AT

We are also now selling high resolution images of some of the photos taken of cosplayers that have agreed to let us do so. To see the 50 or so images we have available to download for a mere $8 each, go to our Anime Boston 2016 sales gallery and our brand new Spring Super Megafest 2016 sales gallery.

The Shape of Water Will Fill Your Hearts and Minds

The tagline for Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water is “A Fairy Tale for Troubled Times.” It’s a clever phrase whose double meaning is quite apt. Set in the incredibly troubled Cold War era of 1962, its depiction of...
