Since the Internet is the closest many of us will get to Star Wars Celebration in Orlando this week, we thought it was the perfect time for a gallery of amazing Star Wars cosplayers from recent conventions.  I’m fortunate to know Jedi, Sith, Mandalorians and Galactic Senators who are always up for a fun photo shoot.

Since many of these are group shots, cosplayers include, in no particular order, The Amazing Joy, Sith Lantern Cosplay, J. Warford, Davira Kuy (yes, in this gallery he is cosplaying Morpheus from The Matrix, but he is also the New England Garrison of the 501st’s outstanding Emperor), Shaq Saunders, Rebellion Barbie and Jess Connolly, Boston Bee CosplayRed Dahlia Cosplay,  and more.

Photo gallery tips: Once the page loads the images, you will see the Forward and Back navigation arrows above the image, in case you want to scroll faster than the preset. And to see the entire gallery as thumbnails, click on the gray four-box square next to the navigation arrows.

High-res images for sale!
If you are pictured in any of our galleries and want the high resolution download for yourself, we can make it available via a private, password-protected link, for $8 per image. Just send an email to editor AT nerdcaliber.com.

We are also now selling high resolution images of some of the photos taken of cosplayers that have agreed to let us do so. To see the 50 or so images we have available to download for a mere $8 each, go to our Anime Boston 2016 sales gallery and our brand new Spring Super Megafest 2016 sales gallery.

The Shape of Water Will Fill Your Hearts and Minds

The tagline for Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water is “A Fairy Tale for Troubled Times.” It’s a clever phrase whose double meaning is quite apt. Set in the incredibly troubled Cold War era of 1962, its depiction of...
