PAX East 2025 Friday Gallery Part 4 of 4
As I said at the beginning of the week, the last gallery from Friday of PAX East 2025 would go up on Friday of this week, and here we are. This gallery includes awesome cosplays from Borderlands, Fallout, Arcane and the second Team Fortress Medic of the day. Not sure why that game was getting a popularity surge now.
Friday kicked off the only real issue we had at the convention — a problem with locking doors. Without going into too much detail, we were supposed to have a room with special key card access doors, so we could lock up the many thousands of dollars’ worth of photo and video gear. Wednesday night we didn’t test it, but we did Thursday and eventually were told it worked. Friday morning, I opened the door by simply unlocking something anyone in the building could have done if they knew about it. After having many people who should have been able to make sure it worked try the door all day, we were once again told it worked. After we shut the doors at 7 p.m., our manager at ReedPop tested it and it wasn’t working. So, after waiting until almost 9 p.m. for a solution, we decided to simply cart all of the gear away to a room they knew could be locked. That turned out to be the only thing that we could do for the remaining nights of the convention — the doors never worked as promised.
Everything else at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center worked great and the staffers we interacted with were all helpful. And the PAX East Enforcers were all champions, including Enforcer Manager Anon who went above and beyond to help us with the door issues. I’m sure that without his level-headed help, I would have been much angrier about not getting back to my room until after 9 p.m. than I was. Of course, I still needed to process a handful of the day’s photos to get them to the ReedPop marketing team, so I was really wiped out by the final end of the day.
Cosplayers in this final Friday gallery include alcidine_, kenneth_pereira, iheartarby, nick_spanos, trashgobs.inc, nanaakaonasis, fearl3ssferret, terrorus_cosplay, elementaltori, jessilyncupcake, mangoloo.cos, blinkscoscave, garebear3602, zen_knight_v, m.yxng, vlibzixz, zaya_ortega, penguin.cowboy, terlian.thief, malik_blisht4r, mattgood190, iadontknow, weirdproductionz, convincible_cosplay, sylvenix, droidekool, sophiasanshelmet, and many more.
