Emerald City Comic Con 2019 Gallery Day 1 by Evildirtydave
I am beyond thrilled to be able to bring you cosplay galleries from Emerald City Comic Con, one of the most well-known West Coast nerd conventions. After seeing some of his work from ECCC last year and other conventions, I reached out to Dave, known as evildirtydave on Instagram, to see if he wanted to be a con photographer for us. He was thrilled to, and immediately asked if he could go back to shoot at ECCC. Seems that convention captured his heart in a big way.
Mind you, Dave lives in Maine. So he traveled from just outside Portland, Maine, all the way to Seattle — one coast to the other. Dave took photos of a wide variety of cosplayers from all sorts of fandoms. Below is the first of three days worth of galleries, encompassing Day One.
We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
