The second of three cosplay galleries from Saturday at Fan Expo Boston 2022 by Samie of samiewongphotos has photos from the studio space in the cosplay pre-judging room and from other parts of the Boston Convention And Exhibition Center, with a variety of backgrounds.
By all accounts, Saturday was very busy for the convention, with crowd sizes back to pre-pandemic levels, and possibly larger. The size of the space used by Fan Expo Boston hasn’t changed in years, and I heard many reports that it is getting to be too crowded and needs to expand into more of the BCEC show floor. As you will see from all the Saturday galleries, when she wasn’t taking photos in the studio space, Samie picked areas that were away from the very packed show floor.
