My Donut Academia Feature Set by Zephyrlynk Productions
The second of two Thursday feature sets by Jake from Zephyrlynk Productions is something he calls My Donut Academia. On Thursday of ConnectiCon 2019, four cosplayers put a very creative spin on characters from the popular anime My Hero Academia, imagining them as Dunkin’ Donuts employees. The team of kd_cos, egg.cos, lucky_cosplay and iwaizubee were Bakugo, Kirishima, Sero and Kaminari, respectively.
When Jake told me Friday about the set, I was pretty curious about how shooting at an actual Dunkin’ Donuts shop would look in images. Once I saw the set I was thrilled to see how well he and the cosplayers made the whole scene work.
We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
