PAX East 2024 Saturday Cosplay Gallery by FirstPerson Shooter Part 2

Midday Saturday at PAX East 2024 the frequency of cosplayers coming by our spot in the back of the top floor of the BCEC increased nicely. It wasn’t as crazy as previous years when we were out just off the lobby, but I still managed to get three full galleries throughout the course of the day. While Gregg of Wonderllama Photography and I were taking photos at or near our home base, our video team of my Nerd Caliber co-owner (and founder) Manny, vstraitt, and crash_the_stampede was wandering the halls and showroom floor getting video that will go up on our YouTube channel over the next few weeks.

Unlike Friday, when the PAX East staffers known as Enforcers used the actual windowed seating area seen in the background of my photos as an overflow queue line space for Albatross Theater, on Saturday it was just empty. For some reason, the BCEC staff didn’t move any chairs or coffee tables back into the space. That worked out well enough for Gregg and a bunch of our friend photographers who always hang with us at a convention. They would often either ask cosplayers that I had just taken photos of to move over to those big window walls or meet with cosplayers that had pre-planned shoots with at our spot and move over to the windows.

In this second of three Saturday galleries you’ll find cosplayers b4bsbunny, foxiimoxii, queenofcoatscosplay, blueeyedsirencosplay, shylax_cosplay, nocloudcosplay, _brookesmart_, jelliclekacie, voidfishcosplay, heavenlysaturncosplay, alaskawanderlust, and many more.

We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.

To view the entire gallery, just click on the image below. If you are pictured in any of our galleries, feel free to download the images and use them non-commercially on social media, with appropriate credit.

If you like our work and want to show your appreciation, feel free to tip us at Ko-fi or become a patron on Patreon.

Also, High-res images for sale is back!

If you are pictured in any of our galleries and want the high-resolution (3200 pixels at its widest by 300dpi) download for yourself, we can make it available via a private Smugmug link, for $10 per image. Just send an email to editor AT nerdcaliber.com. Currently limited to only photos taken by FirstPerson Shooter (aka Rodney Brown).
