PAX East 2026 Saturday Gallery Part 2
Near the end of the PAX East 2026 gallery linked below, David took over at 11 a.m. on Saturday, and the queue lines the Enforcers made us create on Friday had already started to fill up. The rest of the team had already come in and started doing their own things. Nana was out on the show floor telling cosplayers about the studio, Manny and Victoria were out getting developer and cosplayer video, Jibrii was next door already shooting the first of back-to-back meetups, and Luis was doing his sit-down cosplayer question videos just across the hall from Room 207.
Since Cailin had a bunch of panels and meetups to attend on Saturday, Clever was at the table for most of the day, helping with line management and telling cosplayers how to get the photos when they got posted. Clever also brought a couple of Reese’s Fast Break candy bars for snacks, and I discovered my latest addiction. I’m pretty sure this is what is finally going to give me the ‘beetus.
In this gallery are two cosplayers who both had unfortunate incidents at the studio. Near the beginning of the gallery, the three-faced priest with the massive gold staff, and closer to the end, the Pure Vessel from Hollow Knight with the large sword, both leaned their props against the wall or our table to get a shot without it, and both slid and fell, breaking the prop. Since the Cosplay Repair station from GiveWave Studios was in the same room, both were repaired pretty quickly. But there is a lesson here: Gravity is your enemy, so lay props down flat.
