Another Anime Con 2025 Saturday Gallery Part 1
Friday evening after closing up the Photo Suite at Another Anime Convention (AAC) I went to the room the con supplied to me, which was on the same floor, just down a short hallway and around a corner.
Saturday morning, I could have waited until a few minutes before the suite opened at 10 a.m. to get there since, by not having to break down any gear, set up was mostly a matter of turning flashes and wireless receivers back on. But I got there at 9 so I could enjoy a leisurely breakfast of pastries and fruit from the staff snack room. Once I opened the door at 10, my first cosplayer came in just minutes after, and I figured it would be much busier than it was Friday.
Busy enough that there will be four 90-plus-image galleries from Saturday of AAC, so to all those people I told to expect the Sunday galleries to start on Friday this week, my bad. Looks like Saturday and Sunday for the two galleries from Sunday AAC 2025.
Busy enough that almost every cosplayer in this gallery came into the suite without me having to step out and try to wrangle someone into getting their photo taken. Between cosplayers I knew who had seen my social media posts, people who saw the new paper sign and poked their heads in to ask about it and the Masquerade Contest Craftsmanship judging contestants that were sent over for photos, I didn’t have time to step out.
Also in this gallery is the cutest cosplayer of the weekend, Freddy Meowcury, the companion cat of Candice, the Photography Head, cosplaying as Umbreon.
