Gallery Of Cosplayers In The ‘Heroes Behind The PPE’ Video
On Sunday April 26, a video went viral on Facebook, showing cosplayers that work in essential services in their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) then transitioning to their cosplay. The cosplayers showed that in their day jobs they were nurses and vet techs and EMTs and pharmacy tech and and other medical and materials employees, all within in the medical establishment industry and all considered essential workers.
I saw the post from Miss Gidget, and because we at Nerd Caliber have known her the longest of all the cosplayers in the video, a majority of the photos in this gallery are of her. But because some of the cosplayers in the video only had photos taken by other members of the team, I am including their photos in this retrospective gallery. Those include Adam of gamesNgirls, Manny of Cantera Image, and Dave of evildirtydave.
We would like to thank all of these cosplayers, the many more cosplayers not in the video that we know are also working in the medical field, and everyone outside the cosplay world who are putting their lives in danger every day to care for those affected by the covid-19 infection.
