Saurian Warrior Cosplay As RWBY From CCCP 2020
Right after shooting the set of Petry Cosplays in the nearby cemetery, it was Saurian Warrior Cosplay‘s turn. Saurian Warrior was cosplaying as RWBY from the animated series of the same name, but in a version inspired by Red Riding Hood. Definitely a theme in the costumes this year, but seeing as the Cape Cod Photoshoot Week was close to Halloween this year, and not in May as usual, that makes sense.
I’ve been taking photos of Saurian Warrior for years in anime cons all over New England, but never knew his cosplay name to tag him until the past couple of years. I enjoyed getting more of a chance to chat with him in the casual setting of our event at the Southfleet Motor Inn in South Wellfleet than in my usual busy shooting locations at a convention.
We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
