ColossalCon East 2019 Saturday Gallery By Adam Etheridge, Part 1
The first of my two Saturday photo galleries from ColossalCon East begins with my photos from the Persona meetup and photoshoot, which I served as lead photographer for. This group was organized by veteran photoshoot host Steve Vo, who I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of times in the past.
The photos that I took on early Saturday were the only ones I took outside of the water park during the event. I was able to get photos of a small handful of cosplayers prior to the Persona meetup, and they were all fantastic. This includes one of my favorite cosplays of the weekend, which was the amazing White Lion armor cosplay by kyasarin.cosplay.
After the Persona meetup, I returned to the water park and was able to grab a few photos of cosplayers attending the “Kaiju Cosplay Party” meetup hosted by Labinnak & Mangoloo Cosplays. This meetup featured some very creative and unique cosplays of monsters like Godzilla and Titanosaurus.

We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
